Best Speech/Dedication Giver!

So dedications, most of us dread them. And let's no lie, some of us suck at giving dedications. But there are some Bloglandians who's dedications are down right fabulous!     It's best speech as well, so I have to nominate Taia, because she keeps going on about all this awesome interesting stuff and occasionally making me cry with its awesomeness. :)
